Bishopstrow is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to uphold high standards in guest bedrooms and public areas while leading and training the team under the Head Housekeeper's guidance.

Enjoy a 36-hour week over 5 days with a flexible rota, free parking for team members, staff meals on duty, and opportunities for progression and training across Kaleidoscope Hotels. A £500 refer-a-friend scheme and generous staff discounts across our properties are included.

Responsabilités

• Maintain guest bedrooms and public areas to a high standard, leading by example with Head Housekeeper or by leading the team yourself
• Train team members on the standards agreed between you and the Head Housekeeper to keep the hotel a place people want to work, stay and play
• Develop team engagement as you show imagination while improving working styles, hotel standards and guest experience
• Demonstrate passion and pride while maintaining our hotel's standards and exploring more efficient ways of working
• Lead from the front and progress within the team in the hospitality industry
