Head Housekeeper / Housekeeping Supervisor
Didcot Community Hospital - Didcot OX11 0AG
Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust
Shifts 7am-3pm and 11am-7pm shifts (including every other weekend). Pay £13.13 per hour plus enhanced rates for weekend working. This is a temporary role.

What you'll be responsible for
  • Managing housekeeping staff & rotas
  • Ordering & managing stock
  • Conducting supervisions for housekeepers
  • General cleaning duties within various areas of the hospital
  • Following the trust protocol to clean bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms

You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

  • An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
  • A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
