Housekeeping Supervisor

Location: Berkshire UKLive Out

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our client a luxurious 5-star country house hotel on the outskirts of Ascot. Main Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring all rooms and public areas are impeccably cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
• Train and motivate the team to provide outstanding service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely room turnover.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public spaces to ensure they meet the hotel’s exacting standards.
• Manage housekeeping inventory and supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
• High attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Applicants must hold a valid driving license due to the nature of the location.
