Travelodge London Docklands Central is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and develop our housekeeping team. You will oversee room and public-area cleaning to the highest standards and foster a friendly, supportive environment.

You should have leadership experience and enjoy training others. This role offers flexible hours and opportunities for progression within the Aspire Programme.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience required.
• Experience leading and training a team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a housekeeping team to ensure bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas are cleaned to high standards.
• Communicate effectively with staff, provide constructive feedback and support to improve performance.
