Job Description

Our absolute focus is delivering a personalised, luxury experience to all guests, building relationships and anticipating their every need. As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will assist the Executive Housekeeper with the day-to-day running of the Housekeeping department.

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.

What you will be doing:

1. Supervising a large team of Room Attendants to achieve our high standards of cleanliness and luxury
2. Delivering daily briefings with the Room Attendant team, highlighting VIPs and setting daily initiatives
3. Enhancing your attention to detail to drive cleanliness and presentation results
4. Developing your communication skills and liaising with other departments in the hotel to deliver smooth service to all guests
5. Inspecting guest rooms, focusing on providing unique and memorable moments for our guests
6. Coaching Room Attendants throughout the daily operation, providing feedback to improve quality of their work

Qualifications:

• Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
• Ability to anticipate and focus on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
