Overview

Head Housekeeper / Housekeeping Supervisor – Didcot Community Hospital, Didcot OX11 0AG. Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. This is a temporary role.

Shifts

Shifts 7am-3pm and 11am-7pm (including every other weekend).

Pay

£13.13 per hour plus enhanced rates for weekend working.

Responsibilities
  • Managing housekeeping staff & rotas
  • Ordering & managing stock
  • Conducting supervisions for housekeepers
  • General cleaning duties within various areas of the hospital
  • Following the trust protocol to clean bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms
Development & Learning
  • An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
  • A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels within the organisation
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Supervisory experience / team leader
  • Knowledge of infection control, COSHH & food hygiene
