Holiday Inn Peterborough is seeking an assistant housekeeping manager to train and supervise all members of the housekeeping department, driving standards and supporting the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We operate 7 days a week with flexible shifts; the role offers £27,476.80 per annum (£13.21/hour for 40 hours across 5 days) and a wide range of team benefits, including staff hotel rates, discounts, free meals on duty, apprenticeships, and wellbeing support.

Do you enjoy motivating, coaching and supporting others in being the best they can be? You can put your skills to the test as you will be responsible for the training and supervision of all members of the housekeeping department.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
