Join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor at De Vere Beaumont Estate – a 429 bedroom Hotel in Old Windsor

From meticulously clean rooms to thoughtful touches, you will check bedrooms on a daily basis, proactively addressing any housekeeping-related requirements to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction. You will instill in your team the importance of paying attention to every detail, no matter how small, to create memorable moments for guests.

You will lead by example, fostering a culture of warmth where colleagues feel appreciated and by building genuine relationships with your team members, you will create a sense of belonging, empowering them to take pride in their work. You will also support with administrative tasks such as stock orders, laundry counts and rotas to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Responsibilities

Your Skills & Experience
  • You have previous experience in a similar role; hotel housekeeping experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, prioritising tasks and managing work schedules to meet operational requirements.
