We are currently recruiting for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team at The Londoner, our 5-Star Super Boutique Hotel.
Overview:
An exciting opportunity to join the Housekeeping team at The Londoner Hotel as a Housekeeping Supervisor. This role offers excellent training and fast-track career progression.
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring standards are maintained and delivered consistently in rooms and public areas.
You will provide clear feedback to Room Attendants and House Stewards if areas are not up to standard and will provide training where necessary.
You will be responsible for training new starters, ensuring they have the appropriate support to reach and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
You will ensure a high level of customer service is delivered at all times, exceeding guest expectations in line with our core values and standards.
About You:
Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping, ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel, is required.
You should be able to lead, train, coach, and develop a team.
You must demonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
Effective communication skills are essential, with consideration that English may not be the first language for many team members.
You understand the importance of teamwork and collaborate effectively with other departments.
