The Grand Hotel Leicester by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a confident Housekeeping Supervisor with a passion for service excellence . You will report to the Housekeeping Manager/Head Housekeeper , working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the restaurant .

TheHousekeeping Supervisorwill be responsible for:

• Supporting the Housekeeper on leading the Housekeeping Team, ensuring that the standards of cleaning, hygiene, stock control and staffing are maintained
• Planning, organising and supervising the cleaning services within the property
• Dealing with suppliers, trade associations, outsourced partners, ensuring linen, uniform, consumable and staff costs are within budget
• Supporting the Housekeeper on all departmental communications
• Managing reporting and helping with budgeting for theHousekeeping Team

To be successful in the role ofHousekeeping Supervisor, we
require:

• Previous cleaning supervisory experience
• Ability
  to lead and develop teams
• Ability
  to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
• Willingness
  to learn and work with IT systems quickly
• A
  good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
