As a Cleaning Supervisor with ISS UK, you will play a key part in delivering a world-class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers, colleagues, and patients.

This is a patient-focused role, providing a high-quality domestic and associated service to patients, staff, and visitors in an efficient and safe manner. Duties will be carried out in both patient and non-patient environments.

You will provide direction, guidance, and support to your team to ensure that all necessary duties are carried out to maintain a clean and hygienic environment within the hospital and associated areas.

The Role

  • Plan, organise and co-ordinate the service activities to meet performance targets of the contract
  • Have a passion for customer service and strong leadership skills to create a vision that inspires
  • Set high standards for yourself and strive to achieve them
  • Generate cleaning schedules for your team
  • Deliver the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility
  • Provide a range of general cleaning services to include offices/meeting rooms, toilets/showers, vacuuming/wet and dry mopping
  • Ensure all chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly
  • Ensure a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations and standards
