• Supporting the Housekeeping Manager in task distribution
• Fostering high standards of cleanliness within your team
• Supporting training and development, primarily through e-learning
• Adhering to safe working standards and COSHH regulations
• Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness in your designated area
• Taking pride in the bedrooms you clean
• Creating memorable 'WOW' moments for guests entering their rooms
• Supporting overall property cleanliness
• Assisting with cleanliness in our health clubs
• Responding to guest queries and supporting their requests
