Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dynamic team. You will oversee the housekeeping team, lead by example, and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

As right hand to the Housekeeping Manager, you’ll maintain smooth operations, train staff, and drive a positive Yes I Can attitude. Flexible, detail-focused individuals with strong communication excel here, plus we offer global and local perks.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a housekeeping or hospitality setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation standards.
• Strong communication and ability to lead a team.
• Proactive problem solving and guest-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping team and assign daily tasks.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards for guest rooms and public areas.
• Train staff, monitor performance, and support the Housekeeping Manager.
