Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a friendly and attentive Housekeeping Attendant to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will help maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across guestrooms and public spaces, delivering the welcoming guest experience we are known for.

As part of our housekeeping team, you’ll work with colleagues to ensure guest satisfaction, handle guests' needs with a Yes I Can! attitude, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; housekeeping experience is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and a friendly demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas.
• Assist in timely turnover and guest requests to ensure satisfaction.

As Housekeeping Attendant, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering incredible service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!

• You will ensure our standards of cleanliness are high, our pillows are plumped to perfection and our mirrors are gleaming
• As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the housekeeping department
