Starting your Journey:

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will uphold high standards and ensure guest facilities are immaculate. You will be responsible for your own work, maintaining cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas, and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

You will:

  • Ensure guest rooms are well-presented through cleaning duties such as changing linens, vacuuming, polishing, and dusting
  • Mentor and support new and current staff
  • Engage with guests to promote loyalty and memorable experiences
  • Ensure high levels of comfort and quality
  • Take pride in your work

This role requires excellent attention to detail and a commitment to standards. You'll enjoy interacting with guests, assisting with inquiries, and working efficiently as part of a team. Bring your personality and positive energy, which are key to our success.

Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, you'll ensure team adherence to cleanliness standards and manage daily tasks within the department. Your first 12 weeks will include structured training to develop your skills and confidence as a Housekeeping Supervisor.
