Job summary

Malmaison is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor on a part-time basis (up to 20 hours per week) in Aberdeen. You will oversee the housekeeping team, ensure all bedrooms and public areas meet the brand’s high standards, and deliver guest experiences that reflect the Malmaison promise of exceptional service.

You will play a key role in maintaining the brand’s reputation, delivering training, and supporting ongoing development within the department to help colleagues grow within the hotel group.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone for guest room standards and ensure rooms are delivered to Malmaison’s high expectations.
• Lead the housekeeping team to maintain immaculate bedrooms and common areas.
• Support training, development and progression opportunities within the housekeeping department.

Rate of Pay:£13.24 per hour plus generous benefits, training and development

Type of Contract: Part-time,up to 20 Hours per week, includes weekend work.

Location: Aberdeen
