Job Description:

At the Caribe Royale, we are excited about the expansion of the Grand Caribe Convention Center, the renovation of suites and villas, and a new lobby. If you are passionate about guest experience, consider joining the Caribe Royale family.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to guests, vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, clean bathrooms, make beds, remove trash, replenish amenities, inspect suites, maintain organization, record suite status, and prepare suites for guests.
  • Greet guests warmly and promptly.
  • Clean assigned suites to hotel standards.
  • Use cleaning products and equipment properly.
  • Inspect rooms for pests and safety issues.
  • Complete cleaning projects and VIP rooms as assigned.
  • Report maintenance issues and damaged property.
  • Keep work areas organized and equipment maintained.
  • Follow recycling and safety policies.
  • Inspect suites after cleaning and report departures.
  • Notify management of activities and issues.
  • Follow professional appearance and conduct standards.
