Job description

We are looking for Housekeeping Staff for our fabulous care home situated in Giltbrook, Nottingham.

Our beautiful award-winning care home, located in Giltbrook, Nottingham, requires experienced, professional staff to expand our team. We strive for and provide a high standard of care for our residents. Our care home offers exceptional nursing and dementia care in a lovely setting with great care and friendly staff. We celebrate the close-knit family and community we have in our home, celebrating each resident, creating good relationships with them and their relatives.

Specifically, we are looking for a well organised, motivated, team player with an eye for detail and passion for cleanliness to join our housekeeping team.

Location: Giltbrook, Nottingham, NG16 2GE (near the IKEA Nottingham) – please check to see if you are able to commute before applying.

Days: Flexible, must be available to work weekends.

Hours: Between 21-25 hours per week.

Shifts: Approximately 7am-3pm

Pay: National Minimum Wage

Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities: Bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry, ironing floors, bins, stock checking, following policies and procedures, infection control, COSHH, health and safety, resupplying and restocking.

Staff are well supported at all times; we offer continual training in a friendly environment. We encourage an atmosphere of good communication, learning and look for feedback for ways in which to improve our services.
