Job summary

Barfection is seeking an experienced Housekeeper to support Airbnb properties across Chester and North Wales. You will clean and prepare properties to a high standard between guest stays, change linens, and ensure communal areas are tidy. The role involves travel between sites, with up to two venues in a single day.

You will work independently or with a small team, bringing a detail‑driven and reliable approach. A driving licence and access to reliable transport are essential.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, who operates a portfolio of Airbnb properties across Chester and North Wales. They are looking for an experienced, reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and enjoys a varied role working across different properties.

The Role

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring Airbnb properties are cleaned and prepared to a high standard, ready for incoming guests. Duties will include:

• Cleaning and preparing properties between guest stays.
• Changing bed linen, making beds and replenishing essential supplies.
• Ensuring all rooms and communal areas are clean, tidy and presentable.
• Working independently or alongside another team member as required.
• Travelling between properties across Chester and North Wales, with the flexibility to attend up to two venues in one day.

Essential Requirements

• A full, valid driving licence and access to reliable transport.
• A minimum of 6 months' housekeeping or cleaning experience.
• A strong eye for detail and pride in maintaining high cleaning standards.
• A reliable, flexible and professional approach to work.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel between multiple properties throughout the working day.
