The Travel Chapter Ltd is seeking experienced Housekeepers and Cleaners to support our holiday homes across Dorset, delivering premium changeover cleans that guests notice. This role suits self‑employed cleaners who value flexible, regular work within the holiday-let sector.

You’ll manage changeovers on tight timelines any day including weekends, handle linen, replenish supplies, and ensure properties are guest-ready and secure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience cleaning holiday lets, serviced accommodation or similar high‑standard environments
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in your work
• Flexibility and reliability to support changeover days, including peak periods
• Ability to manage linen as part of the cleaning process
• Confidence working independently and managing your own time
• Strong communication skills and a professional, can‑do attitude

Responsibilities

• Delivering premium‑quality holiday‑let cleans across properties in and around Dorset
• Completing changeover cleans to tight timescales, any day of the week including weekends
• Carrying out deep cleans and refresh cleans as required
• Managing linen, including stripping, resetting beds and working with linen procedures
• Replenishing supplies and welcome items where required
• Checking properties for maintenance or safety issues and reporting concerns promptly
• Ensuring properties are secure and guest‑ready after every clean
• Representing Travel Chapter professionally while working in our properties

Contract type: Casual Work Agreement (zero‑hour, self‑employed friendly)

We’re looking for experienced, detail‑driven Housekeepers and Cleaners to support our holiday homes across the Dorset area. This is a great opportunity for professional cleaners who take pride in high standards and want regular, flexible work within the holiday‑let industry.

You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional changeover cleans that ensure every guest arrives to a spotless, beautifully presented home.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering premium‑quality holiday‑let cleans across properties in and around Dorset

• Completing changeover cleans to tight timescales, any day of the week including weekends

• Carrying out deep cleans and refresh cleans as required

• Managing linen, including stripping, resetting beds and working with linen procedures

• Replenishing supplies and welcome items where required
