We offer a fun and inclusive working environment with pay up to £12.50 per hour after a 3-month probation period. We also provide continuous all year-round employment – we don’t close for the winter months! Additionally, you receive £50 after completing basic training, and if you refer a friend, you'll split £100!

Hours include weekends and bank holidays. Departure days are every 5 days, with a generous timescale to complete, which compares favorably with other hotel groups!

Daish's Hotels are flexible employers and strive to facilitate a healthy work-life balance. We provide mental wellbeing and financial support packages, and an extra paid day off for your birthday.

We also offer a “Take your family on a Daish's holiday scheme” at as little as £95 per holiday, which includes 4 nights, breakfast, dinner, room, travel, and entertainment.

Qualities and skills needed for maintaining our hotels’ cleanliness:

• Dusting and hovering of rooms, including en-suite bathrooms.
• Replenishing tea and coffee stocks and reporting maintenance issues.
• Deep cleaning procedures.
• Changing towels.
• Reporting maintenance issues.
• Adhering to health & safety policies and helping maintain a safe environment.
