  • Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver items to guest rooms.

  • Transport clean and soiled linens between laundry facilities and housekeeping areas.
  • Restock housekeeping carts and storage areas with necessary supplies.
  • Maintain and clean housekeeping equipment and tools.

Job description

Ensure cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, including guest rooms, corridors, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.

  • Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Transport clean and soiled linens between laundry facilities and housekeeping areas, ensuring timely delivery and removal.
  • Restock housekeeping carts and storage areas with necessary supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and guest amenities.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver items such as extra towels, pillows, or toiletries to guest rooms.
  • Maintain and clean housekeeping equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and report any malfunctions to supervisors.

The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, leadership and team management skills, and be creative with project management skills.
