As a Housekeeping Porter at The Belmont Hotel you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of cleanliness across all areas of the hotel.

This is a great opportunity to work for a successful local company in Sidmouth.

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Porter at The Belmont Hotel, your main duties will include:

cleaning the ground floor area
assisting with the laundry
cleaning balconies
distributing linen and towel supplies to the Housekeeping department,
communicating with other departments,
working effectively within a team or on your own as well as achieving departmental targets.
Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is:

Friendly and professional when dealing with customers
Able to maintain a neat and tidy appearance, adhering to the Company / Hotel uniform standards at all times.
Able to maintain a professional behaviour at all times.
Will adhere to all Health and Safety, Fire Safety and General Data Protection Regulations where required, at all times.
Can perform any other reasonable tasks as and when required
Has previous hotel housekeeping experience, but is not essential
A good communicator and has effective interpersonal skills.
