Job summary

Park Plaza is seeking a Housekeeping Porter to join its housekeeping team in London. The role offers a salary of £13.06 per hour and includes generous holiday entitlement, staff discounts on rooms, F&B discounts, and meals per shift.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for requests from guests in an efficient and courteous manner.
• Be maintaining stock controls in the pantries.
• Be replenishing supplies, including linen and cleaning material to the outlined stock levels on the floors.
• Have the ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Listen to the needs of guests and other team members and adapt to meet them.
• Have a courteous and professional attitude with guests and team members.
