Overview

We're looking for a Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team at Third Space Marylebone, ensuring the club remains immaculate, well-stocked, and welcoming at all times. You'll play a key role in maintaining a premium environment for members, supporting a positive team culture, and working collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all areas of the club (including reception, gym floor, studios, changing rooms, spa, and lounges) are consistently clean and presented to the highest standard
  • Keep all fitness equipment sanitised and maintained
  • Manage stock levels of towels and consumables, ensuring timely replenishment
  • Respond to ad hoc cleaning needs and prioritise tasks based on club usage
  • Log and escalate maintenance or repair issues as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service, interacting with members in a warm and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless club experience
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role or high-end hospitality environment is desirable
