We have a fantastic opportunity for a Housekeeping Manager to join us at Kimpton Clocktower on a Full-Time contract!

You will earn £33,418.35 per annum.

As a Housekeeping Manager, you will work in collaboration with our other Housekeeping Manager to support the Executive Head Housekeeper with the effective and efficient running of the housekeeping team. You will have direct accountability for defined processes within the department, ensuring financial targets are achieved whilst maintaining the highest standards to ensure guest expectations are consistently exceeded in line with a Kimpton stay.

You will communicate internally within the Housekeeping team and externally with the wider hotel team to ensure the guest experience is personalised and always exceeds expectations while monitoring all VIP Stays.

To succeed as a Housekeeping Manager, you will need:

  • Housekeeping experience (at least assistant/deputy management level) for 2+ years in a property of similar size & standard.
  • Proven track record with success at leading and training teams and implementation of process and audit.
  • Awareness of market trends and the ability to implement new initiatives.
  • Thorough knowledge of statutory regulations ensuring the business is always operated within the law.
