Job summary

Third Space Wimbledon is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping team and ensure top-class cleanliness across our luxury fitness club. You will oversee daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain the high standards our members expect.

Ideal candidates will have experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Housekeeping team and day-to-day cleanliness of the club.
• Interact with customers daily to provide exceptional service.
• Keep all areas clean and presentable including gym, reception, lounges, studios, changing rooms and eateries.
• Ensure cleanliness of fitness equipment and facilities.
• Maintain fresh towels and consumables stock levels.
• Respond to special housekeeping needs and requests.
• Escalate issues such as broken equipment or faulty facilities.
• Collaborate with other departments as part of the wider team.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required by management.

We are currently recruiting a Housekeeping Manager who will oversee the Housekeeping team and day-to-day cleanliness of our club in Wimbledon. Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Management of the Housekeeping team
• Interacting with Customers daily and providing exceptional customer service.
• Keeping all areas and facilities clean and presentable including the gym, reception area, lounges, studios, changing rooms, restaurants and more.
• Maintaining cleanliness of all fitness equipment.
• Keeping fresh towels and consumables stocked.
• Responding to special housekeeping needs as requested.
• Escalate any issues such as broken equipment, dispensers, burned out lights, etc.
• Work together as part of a larger team across all departments.
• Ad-hoc duties as requested.
