Job summary

Village Hotel Club is seeking an experienced Hotel Housekeeping Manager to lead and develop a talented team across our Wales properties. You will recruit, train and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service and spotless guest rooms, putting the guest at the heart of everything we do.

Join us to drive cleanliness standards, ensure H&S compliance and provide hands-on support when needed. We offer a supportive, inclusive environment with training and development opportunities.
