Location: Lancaster
Salary: GBP23,587.20 per annum / GBP12.60 per hour
Hours: 36 hours per week (2-week rolling rota, including alternate weekends)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and motivating the housekeeping team to maintain impeccable standards
  • Overseeing daily cleaning schedules, laundry services, and stock management
  • Ensuring strict compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH, and infection control regulations
  • Conducting regular audits to maintain top-tier cleanliness
  • Working closely with maintenance teams to address any necessary repairs

What We re Looking For

  • Previous management experience in housekeeping (care home or similar setting preferred)
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety, COSHH, and infection control standards
