Job summary

Coworth Park is seeking a Housekeeping Management Graduate to join our team in Sunningdale. You will embark on a 12-month development path, shadowing our leadership and learning all facets of the Housekeeping Division within a renowned luxury group.

You will benefit from mentorship, buddy support, and opportunities to attend external training, with exposure to cross-property networking across the Dorchester Collection.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• You will work towards becoming a future leader of our hotels, spending 12 months in the Housekeeping Division while shadowing the leadership team
• You will be involved in employee events and receive mentoring and a buddy
• You will network with other Ultimate Leader graduates across the Dorchester Collection properties
• You will attend external training courses with fellow graduates, both virtually and in person

• As a Housekeeping Graduate, you will work towards becoming a future leader of our hotels! You will spend 12 months learning every aspect of the Housekeeping Division while shadowing our leadership team
• Whilst you will spend 12 months in our Housekeeping team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in other aspects of the business such as employee events. Each graduate will also receive a buddy and a mentor to guide them through their year with us.
