In charge of the laundry and housekeeping departments’ everyday activities. Oversees and collaborates with staff to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the property’s guestrooms, common areas, and employee spaces. Carries out inspections and makes individuals responsible for making necessary corrections. The role is in charge of guaranteeing the happiness of both visitors and staff.

• One year of experience in housekeeping or a similar profession; a high school diploma or GED.

• No prior work experience is necessary for a two-year degree in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or a similar field from an authorised university.
