Mount Royal Hotel Edinburgh by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a charming and engaging Housekeeping Attendant with a passion for service excellence. You will report to the Housekeeping Supervisor, working towards serving our customers and providing a memorable experience for our guests during their stay with us.

A Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible for:

• Ensuring all control measures set by HOD are followed at all times.
• Proactively prioritising departmental needs and managing resources and time effectively.
• Being aware of housekeeping SOPs and Health & Safety procedures.
• Demonstrating personal ownership of tasks and following through to achieve optimal results.
• Assisting with deep cleaning projects when required.
• Performing turndown duties when needed.
• Working as part of a team and communicating with other departments to ensure excellent service quality.

To be successful as a Housekeeping Attendant, we require:
