Qualifications

  • At least one year’s experience in a similar role, ideally within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and attention to detail.
  • Must possess the legal right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain all public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
  • Assist with guest room servicing when required.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and care.
  • Monitor and replenish supplies in public restrooms and other designated areas.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the relevant department.
  • Work closely with the Housekeeping team to ensure seamless service across the hotel.

Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Housekeeping Attendant to join the team.

The Role

While this role will primarily focus on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in public areas, you will also have the flexibility to work as a Room Attendant when required.

What you’ll do
  • Clean and maintain all public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation
  • Assist with guest room servicing when required
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and care
  • Monitor and replenish supplies in public restrooms and other designated areas
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the relevant department
  • Work closely with the Housekeeping team to ensure seamless service across the hotel
What we are looking for
  • At least one year’s experience in a similar role, ideally within a luxury hotel environment
