• Ensure the daily cleanliness of Cavendish Park and the laundry service for residents and across the home, maintaining high standards.
• Follow training and guidelines set out by Majesticare, achieving and maintaining high standards.
• Be experienced in COSHH regulations, understanding how, when, and what to use for each task, and how to securely store and dispose of products.
• Encourage and guide residents to reach their achievements, fostering warm relationships.
• Support residents to be independent, make choices, and feel dignified.
• Be organized and attentive to detail.
• Show willingness to learn, grow, and develop professionally.
