We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Housekeeping Assistants. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay.

Who We Are

Swinton Estate is situated in the Yorkshire Dales and is one of the largest privately owned estates in England. Constantly developing we boast Swinton Park, a luxury traditional castle hotel with 42 bedrooms, three holiday cottages and award winning Samuel’s Restaurant; a luxurious country club and spa including the contemporary Terrace Restaurant; Swinton Bivouac a glamping site with tree lodges, yurts and café, and last but by no means least the Swinton cookery school.

Alongside our pledge for the Estate to be Net Zero by 2030, a commitment from each individual is crucial. Each individual is permitted to be involved with resource reduction and staff engagement initiatives to cascade the importance to other staff members.

The Role

• Service guests bedrooms and bathrooms
• Clean public areas
• Work to a strict routine
• Demonstrate perfect attention to detail
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Work flexible hours per week to include some evenings and weekends on a rota basis
  
  

Candidates Should

• Have experience in a cleaning environment
• Be guest focused
• Be highly motivated with a can-do attitude
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Focused on providing excellent customer service
