In this role, you’ll be right at the centre of creating a clean, cosy, and welcoming environment for the people we support. From fresh laundry to tidy spaces and the smell of something warm from the kitchen, it’s often the little things that make a big difference and that’s where you come in.
Your day-to-day will focus on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, especially with laundry. Washing, drying, ironing—your attention to detail will ensure clothes and linens are always clean, fresh, and ready to go.
You’ll also get hands-on in the kitchen, dining areas, and throughout the service, helping with general housekeeping tasks and making sure everything’s in good working order.
You’ll be part of a close-knit, supportive team, where everyone works together to maintain a warm and homely atmosphere. Your role might be behind the scenes, but it has a big impact helping our residents feel cared for, respected, and truly at home.
