What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Assistant, your responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of public areas to ensure an excellent guest experience, replacing guest amenities, and assisting with guest requests. Specific duties include:

• Cleaning public areas, guest bedrooms, and bathrooms
• Vacuuming rooms and corridors
• Changing and replenishing bed linen, towels, and amenities according to guidelines
• Performing regular deep cleaning tasks
• Restocking and maintaining the trolley daily
• Being environmentally conscious
• Disposing of waste properly
• Managing lost property procedures
• Responding promptly to guest requests
• Managing master keys responsibly
• Checking and maintaining cleanliness of public areas and toilets, taking corrective actions as needed
• Complying with security, fire, and health and safety regulations
• Assisting other departments and maintaining good relationships
