Job Description:

Do you love the feeling of a freshly made bed, a tidy room, and everything just where it should be? If you enjoy creating clean, calm spaces, you’ll find this role rewarding.

We’re seeking a friendly and reliable Housekeeping Assistant to help us keep spaces clean, safe, and welcoming, making a positive impact on the lives of those we support.

No extensive experience is needed—just attention to detail, a respectful attitude, and willingness to learn. You’ll work flexible hours as part of a rota and may help train new team members on maintaining standards.

Training will be provided, including health and safety (like COSHH), and some computer use for e-learning. As a Christian ethos organization, respect for that ethos and support for spiritual practices are expected.

You must be a member of the PVG Scheme or willing to join, and we will assist with this process.

If you want a meaningful role where your efforts help others feel safe and cared for, we’d love to hear from you.

Benefits include exclusive retail and leisure discounts, a contributory pension plan, death in service benefit, family-friendly policies, health cash plans, a care concierge service, and support for professional development.

As a Christian organization, respect for Christian worship is necessary.

You will need to become a member of the PVG Scheme and adhere to the SSSC Code of Practice.

We are committed to legal compliance regarding UK work permissions and to creating a diverse, inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
