Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant in Scotland. You’ll help keep bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas clean, safe and welcoming, while following schedules and hygiene procedures. Training is provided, and a kind, respectful approach is essential as you support Residents and the care team.

Full training is provided; organisation, time management and attention to detail are valued. The role supports infection control and daily tasks in a caring, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Some housekeeping experience is helpful, but full training is provided.
• Organised, good time management and attention to detail are important.
• Be kind and respectful in all interactions with Residents, visitors and team.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas.
• Following cleaning schedules and tasks set by the team lead.
• Using cleaning products safely and following hygiene procedures.
• Supporting infection control and safety standards.
• Helping with laundry and linen care.
• Reporting any issues or repairs as needed.
