This is a temporary Housekeeping Assistant role at Avery Healthcare's care home in Redhill. The role involves ensuring high standards of cleanliness and laundry are maintained, while treating residents with dignity and respect.

Main duties of the job

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will work as part of a team to maintain the cleanliness and laundry standards in the care home. This includes carrying out cleaning duties, understanding the requirements of different surfaces and materials, and ensuring residents' personal spaces are respected. • Carrying out all cleaning dutiesin accordance withworksheetinstructions.
• Understandingthe cleaning requirements of different surfaces and coverings and the properties of cleaning materials, ensuring that all areas are well presented and maintained in good condition.
• Ensuring that all residents are treated with dignity and respect and that their personal space and belongings are always respected.
