What skills do I need?
Teamwork! A happy team makes for happy residents and a happy home.
Experience is not essential, as we will help you with all the training and support you’ll need. What is important is that you are caring, enthusiastic, and energetic. Good communication skills and a flexible approach are essential. You should also be kind and genuinely interested in the needs of older people, ensuring we treat everyone with respect and dignity.
