About The Role

Join Our Team as a Housekeeping Assistant at HC One

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Our residents are individuals with unique stories, and your work will help create a home where they feel comfortable and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the home is kept clean, hygienic, and well-maintained.
• Manage cleaning schedules and perform cleaning tasks with attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively and kindly with residents and colleagues.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in housekeeping is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, energy, and ability to work well with others.
• Strong communication skills, including listening and giving instructions.

Safeguarding: All colleagues must be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond appropriately. Safeguarding training will be provided.
