Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on delivering exceptional cleanliness, efficiency and guest satisfaction within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Be accountable for the department’s performance against budgets.
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep all areas under Housekeeping in good condition.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, fire safety and COSHH regulations, with up-to-date records.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure staff are courteous and helpful to guests.

Requirements:

The ideal person will have strong experience, ideally at least 1-2 years in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.

Duties will include:

1. Managing, motivating and leading the housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards are met, with a keen attention to detail.
2. To be accountable for the financial performance of the department against budgets.
3. Liaise with maintenance to ensure that the physical conditions of all areas under the Housekeeping control are properly maintained.
4. Ensure all heath and safety, fire safety, security and COSSH regulations are adhered to whilst ensuring all records are up to date.
5. Provide excellent customer service and ensure all staff members are courteous and helpful towards.
