Housekeeping Assistant at HC One

Your role as a Housekeeping Assistant will involve maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Attention to detail is key, whether managing the cleaning rota or actively participating in cleaning duties, always with kindness and respect.

We are looking for a Housekeeping Assistant with experience, although full training will be provided. Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential. A positive attitude, good communication skills, and a considerate, kind approach when interacting with residents and colleagues are vital.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate steps to take if concerns arise. All staff will receive safeguarding training relevant to their role.
