Qualifications

• Expérience préalable de housekeeping dans un environnement similaire.
• Connaissance des lignes directrices COSHH.
• Approche flexible et esprit d'équipe requis.

Responsibilities

• Fournir un service de nettoyage de haute qualité dans toutes les zones, y compris les chambres des patients et les zones communes.
• Travailler selon les directives de contrôle des infections en milieu clinique.
• Assurer l'utilisation appropriée des matériaux de nettoyage selon les exigences COSHH.

Contract: Permanent

Working hours: 40 hours per week, working between Monday -Sunday, 7.00am-8.00pm

Salary: £25,076.80per annum

Role Responsibilities Include

• To provide a high-quality housekeeping service to all areas including patient rooms, bathrooms and communal areas, ensuring that excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene are both achieved and maintained.
• Support the housekeeping team in delivering of excellent patient service across all areas and departments of the hospital.
• To work within infection control guidelines at all times when working within clinical areas of the hospital
• Ensure cleaning materials are used according to the relevant COSHH requirements.
  
  

Person Specification

• Have previous housekeeping / cleaning experience within a similar environment
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess some knowledge of COSHH, the guidelines that surround this legislation and how these would be applied within a clinical setting
• Demonstrate a flexible approach, responding to the needs of the department
• Be a good team player
