About The Role

Your role as a Housekeeping Assistant will involve maintaining the cleanest, most hygienic home environment—safe, comfortable, and welcoming. Your attention to detail will be evident in the environment you uphold. Whether managing the cleaning rota or actively participating in cleaning tasks, you’ll perform your duties with kindness and care.
We are looking for a Housekeeping Assistant with experience, although we will provide comprehensive training. You should have excellent time management and organizational skills. Beyond that, your positive energy, natural ability to get along with people, and strong communication skills—both listening and instructing—are essential. You will communicate with residents and colleagues considerately and kindly.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. It’s important that you can recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate actions to take if concerns arise. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and to undertake additional training as needed. You should be able to seek advice and report concerns, escalating issues if necessary.
