The Royal Masonic Benevolent Institution Care Company in Hindhead is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to create a calm, well-kept environment for residents. You will clean rooms, manage laundry with care, and uphold high hygiene and safety standards while working both independently and with a team.

You will join a values-driven team that supports residents’ day-to-day comfort, with training provided and opportunities to grow within RMBI Care Co.

• 12.71 per hour
• 30 Hours per week (1 weekend in 3 to becovered)

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you’ll bring strengths in empathy, reliability and genuine care for others. You’ll take pride in creating a calm, well-kept environment where residents feel comfortable and respected. You’ll maintain clean, tidy rooms and communal spaces, manage laundry with care, and follow hygiene and safety procedures, helping create a home where residents feel valued and at ease. You’ll work independently and alongside colleagues to keep the home running smoothly.
