About the Role

Your role as a Housekeeping Assistant will be to work as part of a team, ensuring all standards of cleanliness and laundry are maintained. You will operate according to our standard operating procedures for housekeeping and laundry, ensuring hotel service standards are adhered to.

• Carrying out cleaning duties in accordance with worksheet instructions.
• Understanding cleaning requirements of different surfaces and coverings, and properties of cleaning materials, to keep areas well presented and maintained.
• Treating all residents with dignity and respect, respecting their personal space and belongings.
