Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the care home
  • Manage cleaning schedules and perform cleaning tasks with care and kindness
  • Ensure the environment is safe, comfortable, and welcoming for residents and staff

Requirements:

  • Experience in housekeeping is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Positive energy and good communication skills, including listening and giving instructions
  • Ability to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and report concerns appropriately
