Housekeeping Assistant at HC One

In your role as a Housekeeping Assistant at HC One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. As a Housekeeping Assistant, your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Your attention to detail will be essential in demonstrating the quality of your work. Whether managing the cleaning rota or actively participating in cleaning tasks, you'll do so with kindness and professionalism.

Requirements

1. Experience in housekeeping is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
2. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
3. Positive energy and the ability to get along with people.
4. Strong communication skills, including listening and giving instructions.
5. Ability to recognise signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and to report concerns appropriately.
